Yeah, a lot of sports have reached the vanishing point...


where the players are so good that it becomes a game of not making a mistake rather than doing something extraordinary (of course that might be because they make the extraordinary look ordinary)

Same with tennis, the equipment has turned it into a game of fitness rather than nifty shots, which is...not exciting. (having said that, I like the red clay now b/c it slows the game down)
